Two wonderful Stories...

The Comet Kid....about an 8-year-old boy who wins a fishing competition on the very same Northern Michigan lake his family spends their summer weekends. Written by local author and publisher of Stroll™ Magazine, Sonja Richards, and beautifully illustrated by up-and-coming local artist Pauline Viall, this is a great book for kids interested in fishing or spending time outdoors or with their family.

A 2007 Michigan Notable Book Award Nominee!!

Sonja and Pauline have done several presentations at schools, and will be available in the fall to speak to students about how the book was created, from rough ideas and drafts to the final product.

My Maize & Blue Day....join Hannah and Cody as they attend their first University of Michigan Football game at The Big House! They enjoy typical Wolverine traditions, like singing along to “The Victors,” doing the Wave and watching the band at halftime. This is a great book for U of M alumni, Michigan Football fans or hopeful Wolverines!
